Inspection:
Alan Rocca Fine Jewelry recommends that you have regularly worn jewelry inspected every 6 months to ensure that stones and mountings are secure; all other pieces should be inspected yearly.  After scrutinizing your piece, our associates will be able to inform you of concerns that require immediate repairs or potential issues that may arise in the future.  If you are unsure as to what services would be most appropriate, our staff will guide you to ensure the best care to extend the life your piece.

Appraisals: 
Alan Rocca Fine Jewelry has a GIA certified Graduate Gemologist on staff to provide professional appraisal services.  A complimentary appraisal will be provided with every new jewelry purchase.  All other appraisals are done by appointment only.  Alan Rocca Fine Jewelry recommends having jewelry appraisals updated every 5 years for insurance purposes.

Repair:
Alan Rocca Fine Jewelry keeps a staff of 7 highly trained jewelers on premises who all specialize in different aspects of the jewelry making and repairing process.  This allows customers the comfort of knowing that their pieces are secured in our store at all times. Here is a list of several repairs we are capable of doing in house.

Recycle/Restoration:
Alan Rocca Fine Jewelry will help you to recycle old diamonds, gemstones, and metals into a new piece of jewelry that is better suited to your personality and style.  We will also buy scrap gold that is no longer of use to you.

Cleaning:
Alan Rocca Fine Jewelry offers a variety of options in terms of the care and revitalization of your precious jewelry pieces.  A complimentary cleaning and checking can be done at any point to restore a brilliant sparkle while you wait.  A full polish and deep cleansing should be done annually to rejuvenate worn or scratched pieces which will transform them to look like new within a few days.
